This isn't your average personal training. We take a holistic approach to helping you embrace your fitness. Longevity and a thriving body, mind and spirit is our goal. We want to see you become resilient and capable by helping you build strength, muscle mass and bone density, while improving your mindset, emotional and mental health. It's also a proven way to rehabilitate from injury and will make future injuries less likely.

Amin Nasr, our certified personal trainer and movement coach, offers customized one-on-one sessions in-person or online. He'll coach you to help build your strength, improve your physique, cardiovascular health, mobility, resiliency, mindset and more!
He is versatile in his training approach and utilizes various fitness modalities including bodyweight training, callisthenics, plyometrics, mobility exercises and weight training using a variety of weights, resistance bands and unconventional tools such as kettlebells. Amin also has the unique expertise of being the first and only certified Animal Flow instructor in Saskatchewan.
Amin meets you where you're at during your customized mobility session. He utilizes a variety of stretch techniques, hip openers and multi-mobility tools for myofascial release to improve circulation, flexibility and overall range of motion. Regular mobility work targeting muscles throughout the body can improve your ability to move more freely and feel better in your body.
Your first session begins with a fitness assessment to fully understand your body’s capabilities, limitations and the type of program you need to meet your goals.
Semi-private sessions (up to 2 people) are available for you and your partner or friend at a discounted rate in our home studio. We can also organize larger group workouts at a location of your choice, home visits using your equipment and training outdoors (weather permitting). Please contact us to discuss further.
