Introduction to Animal Flow
A unique and dynamic quadrupedal movement practice, you’ll be introduced to Animal Flow® which enhances strength, core stability, overall mobility and body awareness. Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve your fitness or an athlete seeking to improve your performance, Animal Flow® is for everyone!

Yoga Events and Retreats
A yoga retreat can be customized for your group of friends, family or co-workers to include different styles of yoga, and can be combined with meditation, other movement modalities, journaling workshops, sharing and singing circles, sound healing, intentional eating practices, and, of course, delicious food! Jenn and Amin work collaboratively with a range of talented folks in the community and can create the retreat experience of your dreams.
Couples Retreat
Hosted by Jenn and Amin, the couples retreat is a sacred experience during which to nurture your conscious partnership and shared love, along with your individual needs. The retreat combines different forms of movement, heart-based meditation, sharing circles, music, artfully-created food and more!
Nourishing Roots Retreats
Healing our relationship to our bodies and our food
Nourishing Roots is a journey of curiosity and love for our bodies. Jenn incorporates themes around healing our relationship to our bodies and to the food we eat, while deepening our connection to Mother Earth. This retreat will be open to all and tailored towards those who are seeking a deeper connection to their bodies and to their food.
A range of practices are offered to help us integrate this experience, from using guided meditation and writing as a catalyst to uncover some of our stories and patterns, to embodied movement and gentle yoga to help shift released emotions and energy in the body. Nourishing, delicious food, shared together from a deeply intentional place, is an integral part of the Nourishing Roots retreat experience.

Join us for this spring for Animal Flow classes at the YWCA! We’ll learn quadrupedal movement together, which is a dynamic and creative way to move your body!
Dates: Saturdays at 11AM, April 12 to June 14
Location: YWCA Saskatoon
Cost: $15 drop-in or $125 for 10-class package (includes GST)
